Who we are...
Inner Courage is founded by Jade Jackson-Byrne, an integrative counsellor based in Canvey Island, Essex. Jade created Inner Courage to provide a calm, supportive space where people can talk openly, explore what’s going on for them, and work towards meaningful change. Her approach is warm, grounded, and shaped around each client’s needs, drawing on her training and personal journey of growth.
