By accessing or using the Canvey Card website and subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Subscription Types

The Canvey Card offers two types of subscriptions:

1. Business Subscription
2. Resident Subscription

Subscription and Cancellation

  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. If you do decide to cancel your subscription please contact us at The Canvey Card.  We would need your card returned to us and we can cancel your subscription then and there.  

  • Businesses would lose their information stored on The Canvey Card website.

  • Upon cancellation, resident subscribers will retain access to the service until the end of their current billing period.

  • Business subscribers who cancel will be immediately removed from the website and lose all associated benefits.

Business Subscriber Responsibilities

  • Business subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on their profile. Any changes required please contact us. If you wish to change your offer again please contact us to do so.

  • Any misrepresentation or violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the website without refund.

Resident Subscriber Benefits

  • Resident subscribers gain access to exclusive offers and discounts from participating businesses.

  • Benefits are subject to change and availability.

Payment and Refunds

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications to the Service

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Canvey Card service at any time without notice.

  • We are not liable to subscribers or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Canvey Card service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Castle Point.
